New month, even new year, but today I have another French poem for you! So, it’s ‘Une réflexion de la vie’ which in English is ‘Life Reflection’. It comes from the 4th chapter of Vol. 1. That’s my debut poetry book, which is entitled ‘Il était deux volumes de poésie…’ in French. It’s yet to come soon!

So, at first let me show you the English poem.

Life Reflection

Pouring rain…

I like the sound of rain

But will it bring a rainbow

Today or tomorrow?

Ceiling. It’s high

But it’s closer than a sky…

But I want to touch the sky

*

‘Present’ is so… strange

Yesterday doesn’t look like today…

I can’t help this feeling of

Time running out

*

And you’re still standing…

Forte pluie…

J’aime cet bruit de la pluie

Mais si ça apporte l’arc-en-ciel

Aujourd’hui ou demain ?

Le plafond. C’est haut

Mais plus près que le ciel…

Mais je veux toucher le ciel

„Le présent” est si… bizzare

Hier n’est pas comme aujourd’hui…

Je ne peux rien faire pour cette

Sensation du temps qui s’écoulait
