I got a very beautiful birthday present when Demi Lovato announced that Heart Attack (Rock Version) would be out on Friday. Isn’t it amazing to see the hit from 10 years back in a new version?

I have already been writing about Demi’s rock songs here and that’s really amazing to me that I can do it again today… The new record, the new song promoting the film and now the new version of the lead single that was promoting 4th Demi Lovato’s record… The first CD from my collection was Demi so I feel very sentimental about this new release for one more reason as you see…

Heart Attack has always had this rock spirit. The music video and everything about it made me feel like it was the return to rock roots back then though it was more pop in sound… But you must be happy about what you get, you know… When you listen to the whole record entitled Demi you can hear this rock spirit quite in every corner. Also, it seems so girly when you focus on lyrics of Heart Attack… What about the rest of songs then…?

This release is also making me wonder if it doesn’t mean that more such rock versions are coming out in the nearest future… In the end, few old tracks were played during the tour last year and it can totally be called new rock versions… Singles or the whole such a EP… I must admit I would totally love that!

Now let me say something totally different… It’s my mother’s official 60th birthday today. Official because she has the date 25th March written in documents while she was in fact born on 24th February. It was simply a different world 60 years ago and clerks were writing dates more suitable for them, not actual dates… Anyways… Happy birthday, mom!

The next post is coming on Tuesday. I’m going for my birthday party on Monday, I mean for The Vamps show and the post and videos are coming the next day. Yep.
