Hello! It’s my 25th birthday today! Wow! That’s why I decided to talk about my debut poetry book today Once Upon a Time There Were Two Poetry Books…. Also, it would be a beautiful birthday gift to see any sales, you know!

My debut is a very vulnerable piece of art. It’s all about things that made me who I am, it’s full of my deepest thoughts, experiences, dreams, hopes and fears. It’s also made of my theoretical thoughts on poetry. You can find there 10 years of my life, you can see how I was involving since 13 years old until 23. It’s about growing up, in other words probably but I think you can still read it and hopefully find yourself in it in your 20s or 30s. Because some things never change… No matter how old you are…

So, the first volume was mainly written between 2014-2017 when I was attending to high school but I also decided to put there few early pieces of my poetry. The main idea of this volume is to make romanticism inspired poetry but many such themes also appear in the second volume. This one is mainly experimental, inspired by the modern (I mean from 20th and 21st century) poetry. That’s why this book is like that. I mean I’ve always been thinking about these two volumes as two separate bodies but I published it as a one book in the end. The third volume is a bonus one that was created during blogging on my previous blog Great Lady’s Diary. I wanted to create and publish there 100 aphorisms but in the end I decided to stop publishing my 3rd novel and those quotes after about 40 and the rest was created in silence and I decided to put it in my poetry book because it seemed to be a perfect match…

And yes, I’ve also published the Polish Version of my debut. And you wanna know a secret? I have in plans creating more formats to celebrate 1 year anniversary… But shhh you don’t know anything!

The second book is my first novel that I started writing when I was 15 so it’s a Young Adult. But it’s also a tragicomedy inspired by Shakespearean plays, crime story because I love books like Sherlock Holmes and obviously romance because I’m a romantic soul and it’s always going to be a part of me… It’s coming out on 31st March! It will go on pre-sale probably this week… But I can’t promise anything because about 40% of the last correction left to do…

So, that’s it! New blog post is coming tomorrow and it’s going to be about new music from Taylor Swift and The Eras Tour. I have many thoughts about these things that I’d like to share with you, my dear readers…
