I wrote ‘Hold Me Tight’ when I was 16, and it was written in my first notebook, which means that I was still in Middle School then… And it was written in English!
What does it all mean then? That I wrote this song at the same time as my novel ‘Laura’s Diary – My Awesome Life’, and yes, it was a blog then… And that’s why it’s a part of it! But also… I only decided to place my old songs that felt good enough there.
And what is it about? About falling in love and missing someone you have just met… It’s a very young love… Like… You’re just 16 or 18… And you feel that it’s something that will last… Yeah, it’s also very poetic! And above all, you simply wish you could hug.
