This week gave us a lot of new music again! At first we got Blood On The Drums (The Thorns) by Ashton Irwin, and today Normani got her debut solo record Dopamine out!

I really really like this first half of the second album by Ashton. This sound is so different than Superbloom that came out in 2020, but I still love it! It’s still rock!

Usually we can hear him just playing drums for 5 Seconds of Summer (songs where he actually sings are rare), and that’s why these solo project are really precious. This is the only opportunity we can hear him and see him being in the main spotlight. It means just a little break from the band, and I have no doubt that he loves being a part of the band, but your own project is always something very personal and just yours, you know.

Soon we’ll get the second part, and I truly can’t wait to hear it!

Oh, and songs that are singles are entitled Straight To Your Heart and Breakup. I really recommend to check out these music videos… I think these visuals help to understand the whole concept of this album…

Other songs that I recommend are… Well, simply the rest of them… But if I need to say what the next singles may be… Then I’ll say Blood On The Drums and I See Angels… But I also really like Lose You and Last Night Of My Life too… I told you the rest of them, so yeah! I really meant it!

Okay, now let’s move on to Normani. You can know her mainly thanks to Fifth Harmony, but she has been putting out hits for last few years as well. But now the most important moment has come because she finally published her debut solo record called Dopamine. Well, this music is so different than Ashton’s, but it’s still a very important thing for her because it’s her own collection of music she worked on for so long, you know.

Well, there are few songs that came out before the release, and their titles are: Wild Side (Feat. Cardi B), 1:59 (Feat. Gunna) and Candy Paint.

Do you wanna see a music video to any of these songs? Watch Wild Side (Feat. Cardi B) then! I really like two dance scenes from it… One from the outside and the second one is kinda white… Well, she’s just a brilliant dancer!

Except that I also really like songs Take My Time and Insomnia. That’s what I can say after just one listen…
