New Season of ‘Riverdale’

Year 1955. That’s all I need to say about the new season of Riverdale. I don’t know about you but I really love the new season and I think it’s going to be very interesting. And… Will this season and the series end with the come back to the future?!

Now when I think about the first season of Riverdale… I guess nobody thought that imagination of writers would take us in such a wild ride. It was a series about growing up and it contained elements of crime and it was obviously based on comic books… I must say that elements of suspense and crime/detective story could still be smelled in next seasons but it transformed in many… Variations of it. I’m wondering now how it’s going to be this time but I think the first episode is the confirmation that the sweet world of 50s can also be told in a new way that is so typical for Riverdale… Also, it looks like it’s going to be more of a science fiction than fantasy this time… I mean… Witches…? It’s a typical fantasy thing… I appeared in the previous season… And the idea of traveling in time that is pictured in the series is very hard to repeat so it’s not just a fantasy but it sounds like real science, yep…

How do we feel that 50s atmosphere in the new episode? I believe it’s not only about costumes and the way the show was shot but in my opinion it’s mainly music that takes us back in time… I mean there are also such things like colors or history apart from fashion… It’s all that matters but music influenced me more than anything else. This is what makes that specific time come alive in my opinion.

How about you guys? How do you feel about the leading idea of 7th season? And what makes you feel like “it’s really 50s”? I’m very curious!

That’s it. Tomorrow is the big day because I’m launching the second book! I’ve worked hard on it for many years and I’m so happy that it’s finally going to be published in this new book version. So, the tomorrow post will be about my new novel.

Greetings!
