It was the hardest Wednesday in history. We were in the hospital when my dad passed away at 2:15 AM on 29th May. He lost the fight with the esophagus cancer with metastases to lungs. It was the hardest 7 months for my family…
Not to lose my mind completely, I decided to make you this blog post with the new podcast episode. It was recorded a month ago, so you can’t hear anything about my father’s passing there.
So, 29th episode (how tragic that stars can align like that…) is about first two poems from the first cycle Romantic Summer from Vol. 2 – Student’s Notes (Opening Eyes). They are called Your Love and Air and Life.
At first feel free to check out the new episode on Spotify. The podcast page with more links is here.
It’s also available on YT now.
These two poems in two language versions are below.
I won’t tell you anything more about it today because it simply hits me that it’s so true, you know? But in the contest of my father’s last hours of his life…
It’s going to be the worst possible Child’s Day because it will be the day of funeral. I won’t be working on new stuff this whole week because I’m not able to. My dad’s last wish was to be buried in the place where my mom came from, you know. I obviously had two posts in plans, but I will do it all later in June… At least I hope so.
I hope you understand, and I’ll be back soon. I promise.
Love, A.A.
