Today I’d like to talk about sports because it’s important to take care of your body, it’s health, but also… Sometimes it’s fun to watch too!

This post idea came to my mind when I was having a German lesson about sports, and I thought that I could write about it too, so here it is!

Well, at first few words about sports I like to exercise… I have an elliptical trainer + exercise bicycle. It’s such a 2 in 1 thing, and I truly love it, you know. I got to know elliptical trainer at high school, and I was absolutely obsessed with it back then. And later I thought I’d like to have it at home too… And I do! But also, I really like riding a bike when it’s warm. I mean at least 15 degrees! But because of pandemic I hadn’t done it too often, but I came back to it last year, and I truly can’t wait to do it again this spring. The wild side of Vistula river in Warsaw is the perfect spot for such bike trips/trainings…

Another sport that I absolutely love is swimming. I’ve been doing it since I was a kid, there were periods of my life when I was doing it even few times a week, and now I love going swimming from time to time. Also, I’ve tried kayaking twice in my life, and I also fell in love with that! Honestly, I just love water, and it’s simply my happy place in every form… But I’d like to have a rower at home too!

Now few words about watching sports… In my county there are plenty most popular sports, but it changes, you know. Formula 1 races or football are examples of sports that used to be a pleasure to watch when I was a kid, and now it’s more like volleyball and ski jumping competitions are better now, but this season is not too fortunate for Polish ski jumpers… But I still love it, you know. And the latest contest from Japan I was watching even at 3 AM because it’s still fun to watch, you know…
