Speak Now was my favorite Taylor’s record for so long so I’m really happy to write a blog post about the new version today…

Speak Now is the 3rd Taylor Swift’s album that came out originally in 2010. It was a completely self-written album that was promoted by 6 singles: Mine, Back To December, Mean, The Story Of Us, Sparks Fly and Ours. Now one of Vault Tracks has become the 7th single – I Can See You. And something is telling me that Enchanted and Timeless (From The Vault) may be next new singles! And honestly, I love all these songs that I’ve mentioned here! I mean they are bolted… And Mine is one of those songs that I’ve heard before becoming Swiftie in 2012… It will always has a special place in my heart!

You can watch I Can See You Music Video below. I don’t know why it seemed a bit funny to me! And I’m sure that 5th album 1989 will be the next re-recording but I’m waiting for reputation (my No. 5) and the debut more…

It is said that it’s a country album but I believe that it’s as close to rock music as Taylor can get! Maybe that’s why it’s still one of my favorites (No. 4)… Honestly, musically and lyrically I can’t find here anything that I can’t dislike… Give it a listen below and let me know how you like these songs!

Now let me tell you few words about my favorite songs that are not singles…

Speak Now

This song is lyrically a little bit funny and romantic, of course. Because it’s about a wedding which should be perfect but is far from it because… He’s marrying a wrong girl! The way Taylor pictures this story here is so vivid and the song is melodically so catchy…

Better Than Revenge

This track has a power of rock music in so many ways… And it’s so honest and it’s about a revenge because, you know… When another girl steals your boyfriend… You must write a song about it as a revenge! And well, the lyric change in the Taylor’s Version makes it smoother and it makes me think… The singer simply doesn’t want to fight anymore! But I believe the anger will always be a part of this song…

Haunted

I love it so much! There is an orchestra in it and you can really hear those strings… And this track also has the rock power and well, it’s about a stupid hope that a boy who left you will come back soon… And well, I can hear that Taylor put so much heart while re-recording this song and that’s why I think it’s even better than the stolen version…

Last Kiss

It’s a really sad song and when you’re sad too… You really feel it. You can feel Taylor’s pain in it… And just music really makes it feel double… Maybe that’s why Taylor says it’s her the saddest song…?

Electric Touch feat. Fall Out Boy (From The Vault)

It’s a new song and again… I believe it has a rock power and maybe that’s also because of the featured band… But honestly, it’s a really lovely song and it really sounds like Speak Now! Just like other new songs! And well, I love those references to other songs. I mean… This one is referring to Sparks Fly in my opinion…

So, I could write more about each song but I think I’ll leave it like that… Yes, that’s it!

The Eras Tour? Yes, I got a ticket! I will see Taylor performing live! Yaaay! Also, I’ve bought evermore last Friday and now there are only Fearless, Speak Now and debut (all Taylor’s Versions) missing in my collection of CDs… Honestly, that’s one of my favorite artists! I guess it’s not hard to guess!

The next post is coming on Thursday but it won’t be about Riverdale but… About Shadow And Bone! Series and trilogy…
