Hello after the long weekend! Tomorrow more about it and today I’m going back to “decomposing prime factors of Riverdale“. It will be about friendships because I feel like I don’t know what more I could say about the 6th episode!
I find it surprising how familiar and new at the same time this new season is… I mean there are such familiar things like a romance between Toni and Cheryl and new like Jug writing stories for comic books editorial office. The thing that made me want to write this post is… The fact that Veronica and Betty has finally become friends! And come on! How long did this it take time to make it happen? I bet that about 2-3 weeks so it makes sense and it looks natural since it’s the 6/20 episode and probably the whole plot will take few months before things go back to normal reality (if it really happens). But anyways… I’m a bit surprised that it took both girls that long!
How many friendships can we find in the whole series? It’s really hard to say! Because it’s the main thing here. I mean often friends turn into lovers later like Archie and Betty or those high school friendships can still last in adult life. It’s simply the foundation of any relationship so it’s really important. Even parents can be friends with their children. I mean I feel like the main purpose of this show is to show friendships of many kinds…
What more do I find here surprising? I think the fact that Archie and Jug don’t seem to be too close in 50s. People who were close in the future are far from each other now. But maybe it will change soon if Veronica and Betty finally have become friends and not enemies?
That’s it. Tomorrow post will bring the subject called my latest walk to Royal Łazienki. This is one of my favorite places in Warsaw!
Greetings
A.A.
