This year it turned out to be the same night as the Eurovision Great Final! But a Song Contest you can record while The Long Night Of Museums is something you gotta go and live!
The first place where I went was the National Museum in Warsaw. I saw two temporary expositions there – Self-Portraits (modern art), and Roads to Jerusalem. It was fascinating – especially the second one – and I really recommend them to you. If you’re going to be in Warsaw this summer, then you really need to go to the National Museum!
Happily, me and my mom got there really early, and this way we didn’t stand in a queue at all!

The next place was built in the 19th century, and now you can rent apartments there! The Jewish entrepreneur Wolf Krongold was the owner of this building. The address is Złota Street 83. But it’s rather a very expensive rent with deals for at least 6 months, I heard…

The next place is hard for me to say what it was because it’s not totally what I planned! Well, it was a little military stop which is not too far from the University of Warsaw. In front of the building was a military picnic, and in that building was a little room for military souvenirs as well.

The last place was absolutely fascinating – the Asia and Pacific Museum! Perfect place if you want to learn more about the Far East and those colorful cultures. There are more than you can count, honestly!
Also, there was a little temporary exposition about the Indian culture of Mithila. But unfortunately 1st June is the last day when you can see it…

Yeah, I came home after midnight, but it was absolutely worth it! And I didn’t feel tired the next day at all… Honestly!
That’s all today. That’s also the last cultural post that I’m giving you on Friday because my Polish podcast will premiere next week! And yes, I will post Polish posts on Fridays for the next few months. I was asked for more Polish content, so I deliver!
Thank you for reading my blog, and don’t worry! I may still write about cultural news on other days!
Love, A.A.
