The last post this week is inspired by Bloganuary daily prompts, and this time I’d like to talk about animals I like. It’s important because animals also symbolize something, and they appear in my books as well.

My favorite animal is a cat. I’m actually afraid of dogs (it’s a long story), so I’m definitely a cat person. They can be gentle and nice too, they’re not mean at all! But well, every cat is different… And it depends on breed…

Yeah, cats appeared in my two stories already – Laura’s Diary – My Awesome Life and Great Lady’s Diary (expect the book version in 2025). In the second novel it’s like the kitty is almost one of main characters, and it differently should be one of characteristics of the title Great Lady… While in the first novel it’s a little symbol, and can you guess what it means there…? It’s fun and mystery, and I wonder if you know, ha!

My second novel on which I work these days is a fantasy book about dragons, and I bet these mystic creatures can be considered as animals too… And yes, they have a meaning in this story, but you need to wait until Spring/Summer because I bet it will come out then… Right now it’s actually easy to guess, but it will get even deeper that what you can think of right now…

Other animals that I like are parrots (and different birds), rabbits, dolphins, horses, butterflies and fish obviously… You can find a lot of nature in my poetry as well, and if you’ve read my debut book already, I’m sure you found some of these there too… In my novels too, of course. And can you tell what kind of person I am looking at this long list of animals…?

So, that’s all today. Tomorrow I’m going on a little business trip, and I will come back on Monday. It will be about things I do for fun then…
